"THE LAST PEDIGREE SINDY"

These dolls were only produced for about 6 months; 'Smirky' Sindy proved unpopular at the time, and these last Smirky Disco Dolls with their distinctive pink streaked fringes were produced in very small numbers before they ceased altogether and before Sindy changed hands from Pedigree to Hasbro and had a complete image change to the 'new face' doll.

She really is the last Pedigree Sindy to be made.  They are very hard to come by as a result  and are very collectable. The auburn version is particularly rare.
